INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International Shipping:

We do ship internationally via Fedex International Economy, but please be aware that the customer will be responsible for any country specific taxes and duties upon delivery.

-Shipping fees are non refundable.
-In stock items usually ship within 3 business days from Los Angeles. This time frame does not include weekends or holidays. Please allow 5 business days after the product leaves our warehouse for delivery.
-Orders are processed from 9 am to 5 pm PST Monday-Friday.
-Orders received after 12:00 pm PST will be considered received the next business day.

International Returns & Exchanges:

If you are returning an item, after filling out the return form, you will be asked to send the item back via the carrier of your choice to the address below. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Your credit card will be refunded for the price of the item as soon as we receive it and you will be sent a confirmation email when your return has been processed.

If you are exchanging an item, you will be asked to follow the instructions for returning the item and to place a new order for the item you would like in its place. If you were shipped a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us.
